Il est de tradition au sein des activités tantriques de diviser les groupes par genre. Les femmes représentent la divinité féminine (Shakti) et les hommes incarnent la divinité masculine (Shiva). Dans le Tantra, unir les énergies masculines et féminines lors d’une danse sacrée symbolique génère de l’extase et l’éveil spirituel. Aussi beau et puissant que ce concept l’est, je vous invite à séjourner au-delà de ce paradigme sexospécifique, car déterminer le sexe d’une divinité c’est aussi limiter cette divinité.

Lors de ce rituel Tantrique (Puja), vous serez face à face avec différentes personnes, toutes positionnées en cercle et guidées, d’une façon telle que le genre n’est souvent plus concerné. Ceci pourrait se traduire par quelques exercices (de regards, de suivi de l’énergie, de toucher non-sexuel conscient ou de respiration) lorsque vous serez face à une personne du sexe opposé ou, à d’autres moments, lorsque vous serez face à une personne du même sexe. Je vous invite à

venir découvrir ce que vous pourriez apprendre grâce à l’expérience d’une approche consciente du divin et en restant ouvert afin d’observer vos propres réactions. Laissez-vous surprendre et élargissez votre zone de confort, en sachant que vos limites sont sacrées et qu’elles seront respectées à tout moment.

Une Puja est une façon émouvante, sécuritaire et sensuelle de se connecter, de toucher et d’être touché par l’espace du cœur.

INSTRUCTIONS :
– Venez seul(e) ou accompagné(e) d’un(e) partenaire. Vous effectuerez des échanges avec la moitié du groupe.
– Les personnes transsexuelles, transgenres et non-conformes aux genres sont positivement la bienvenue !
– Pas de toucher sexuel ou de nudité.
– Les portes s’ouvrent à 3pm, et on ouvre le cercle à 3h20pm. Personne n’est admis après cela.
– Un temps de socialisation sera permis à la fin du rituel. N’hésitez pas à apporter des collations à partager avec le groupe.

Pan-gender/ non-gendre Tantric Puja

It’s a tradition in Tantric activities to divide groups by gender. Women represent the divine feminine (Shakti) and men embody the divine masculine (Shiva). In Tantra, uniting the male and female energies in a sacred dance creates bliss and enlightenment. As beautiful and powerful as this concept is, I invite you to take a journey beyond this gendered paradigm. Because to gender the divine is also to limit the divine.

In this Tantric ritual (Puja), you’ll be face to face with different people in a guided circle, in such a way that gender often becomes irrelevant. It might mean that in some exercises (of eye-gazing, energy tracking, conscious non-sexual touch or breath) you’ll be facing someone of the opposite sex. Other times, you’ll be facing someone of your own sex. I invite you to see what you can learn by approaching the experience with a conscious attitude of witnessing the divine within each other and staying open to observe your own reactions. Let yourself be surprised and explore your edges, knowing that your boundaries are sacred and will be respected at all times.

A Puja is an emotional, safe and sensual way of connecting, of touching and being touched from the heart space.

INSTRUCTIONS :
-Come alone or with a partner. You’ll be doing exchanges with half of the group.
-Transsexual, transgender, and gender-nonconforming people are positively welcomed!
-No sexual touch or nudity.
-Doors open at 3pm, and we start the circle at 3h20 pm. No one can enter after that.
-There will be time for socialization at the end of the ritual. Feel free to bring snacks to share with the group.
