Naked Yoga / Yoga Nu

We are happy to bring back Naked Yoga after a long stretch, pun intended. The lovely Lorena will be leading our magical yoga class where you can free yourself from the weight of life all the way down to your clothes! Please see our schedule for details. This class will take place on the 1st Sunday of every month from 3-4:30pm starting February 5th.
NAKED YOGA
Ditch your ego with your clothes and let’s meet on our mats for Naked Yoga! What better way to increase your body awareness, but feel fully aware of your bare skin through mindful movements? Lorena is a Curvy Yoga teacher who specializes in size-adapted postures and uses gender-neutral language in a gentle and non-competitive environment. Lorena coaches professional folks who juggle work, home, and the care of aging parents by giving them a chance to relieve the pressure valve and feel more grounded. As a Mindfulness Coach and Curvy Yoga Teacher, she offers non-judgmental, body-affirming yoga-based sessions that center the participant as the expert on their bodies. By practicing awareness in every day postures and movements that create stress on the body, Lorena trains you how to self-correct for immediate results. Since 2009, she has guided hundreds of curvy women and trans people to experience true relaxation, to find the compassion they need to continue and to maintain the motivation to take the next step on their path.
